What types of personal information are collected and what do we use them for?

Website Users–RaRa Products Inc. collects your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and any other personally-identifiable information which you voluntarily provide as “comments” when you submit an inquiry through the “Contact Us” tool. RaRa Products Inc. also collects other background information about you in connection with career-related inquiries that you submit through its website.

RaRa Products Inc.’s Former, Current and Prospective customers

If you submit an enquiry to RaRa Products Inc. about our Services (either over the website, or by emailing, telephoning or meeting with one of our colleagues), then we will process information such as your name, job title and contact information in order to respond to your enquiry.

 

If you attend an RaRa Products Inc. event or webinar, or if you associate with an RaRa Products Inc. colleague at, for example, an industry event or conference, then RaRa Products Inc. may collect basic personal information, such as contact details, which you voluntarily provide (for example, by filling in a form or handing over a business card) in order to facilitate your participation in the event, and for the management of our relationship with you as an actual or prospective customer.

 

If you or the organization you are associated with becomes an RaRa Products Inc. customer, then we may process your personal information in order to:

RaRa Products Inc. is an organization operating in the continental United States; currently, the Company has no intent and/or no mechanism to transfer certain personal information collected on its websites across geographical borders. 13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

We do not process consumer’s sensitive personal information. If the business collects any of the following:

Verification process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

 

We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
